4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on the 3333 det platform via Bangladesh's common mobile banking services and bank transfers. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No transactions in foreign currency are accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — however, to withdraw the ৳2,000 bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳40,000 (৳2,000 × 20) in total bets must be completed.

A bonus is not a substitute for real money — no winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Once the wagering requirement is fulfilled, bonus winnings are transferred to the cash account.

5.2 Bonus Terms Violation

If bonus rules are broken — such as creating multiple accounts, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or using bonuses in any other irregular manner — the Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all winnings earned from it.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The 3333 det VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver, and up to 1.5% for Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. Example: a Silver tier member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

6.1 General Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself. The RTP (Return to Player) information for all games displayed on the platform is published based on data from verified game providers. RTP is a long-term statistical figure — it does not guarantee a specific return in any single session.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software error or disconnection affects the outcome of a bet, the Company may void that bet. If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, the Company reserves the right to correct it and reclaim any incorrectly paid funds.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games offer the option to play directly with a real dealer. The live dealer's decisions are considered final, though if a genuine error is proven, the Company will make a decision based on an investigation.

In the case of any dispute or claim, the maximum compensation will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.
